Cedar Cliff United Methodist Church began as a mission in a tent at Roe and Zabriskie Streets a little over a hundred years ago in the young town of Haledon, when horse, wagon and trolley to and from Paterson connected us to the surrounding area. It was the dream and hard work of a handful of local residents who saw the need for a Methodist church in a growing community.

    Today, the Church has members who live in several communities throughout the area. Cedar Cliff continues to serve through inspiring worship services, excellent programs for children, fine music, sympathetic pastoral care, community service, and a great place to be a part of a friendly caring Christian family.
